2018 ‘55’ pinot noir

Fermented in stainless, aged in oak. Light red to garnet colour, with notes of underripe berries, oak, green pepper, and a slight minerality on the nose. Berry-forward palate of strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry, with white pepper, light oak, and a mineral finish.
